My Story
Ms. Wilson brings over 25 years of extensive and proven contracts, program, and business management experience. Background industries include healthcare, aerospace, power generation, firearms, and manufacturing (retail, additive & subtractive) in both defense and commercial markets. Ms. Wilson is a proactive business partner in compliance, performance, customer, and market driven organizations. Providing leadership, counsel in strategy, risk mitigation, capture planning, circular economics, negotiation, communication, and problem solving. Throughout her career, Ms. Wilson held positions of increasing responsibilities within medium to large sized companies such as Collins Aerospace, Barnes Aerospace, Colt Defense and GKN Aerospace.
Ms. Wilson’s passions include inventing, technology utilization, launching new products, developing relationships, collaborating, leading business development, and capture initiatives. Ms. Wilson was a lifelong MA resident, recently moving to Key Largo, FL where she is currently working towards her private pilots license and volunteers at a marine mammal rehabilitation facility that specializes in dolphins. She also enjoys boating, skiing and cooking.
For over 25 years, Ms. Wilson has professionally supported the Warfighter and as a life partner to the Warfighter at home, she is passionate about protecting the protectors.
