Her distinguished career spans aerospace, defense, firearms, and manufacturing industries, marked by a consistent record of driving growth, ensuring compliance, and forging strategic partnerships. Ms. Wilson combines her deep regulatory knowledge with a passion for creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional results for her clients and stakeholders.
Her career reflects a clear trajectory of increasing responsibility and impact. While at GKN Aerospace, first as Director of Commercial and later as Director of US Space & Defense, Ms. Wilson spearheaded the implementation of FAR-compliant rates and developed innovative, multi-million-dollar cost-saving solutions, including an additive manufacturing process for tooling that saved over $10 million annually and mitigated production interruption and quality defects. Ms. Wilson's tenure across other leadership roles, from Barnes Group to Hamilton Sundstrand, has been marked by tangible successes, such as implementing federally regulated compliance policies and operational procedures, improving proposal OTD from 52% to 97% and drastically reducing accounts receivable from $2.3 million to under $200k. These experiences have honed her ability to lead global teams, manage multi-million-dollar programs, and ensure rigorous compliance with regulations like FAR, DFARS and ITAR.
