Ms. Wilson is an accomplished business leader whose career is distinguished by her ability to navigate and lead within high-stakes industries such as aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. As a Managing Partner and the CEO of CiPro Technology Solutions, she leverages her expertise in business development, contracts, compliance, and strategic growth to help organizations secure opportunities in both federal and commercial markets.

Her extensive experience spans aerospace, defense, firearms, textiles, and manufacturing, and is marked by a strong record of growth, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships. Ms. Wilson’s leadership is both data-driven and mission-focused. Notably, during the pandemic, she mobilized resources to develop FDA-authorized N95-type masks for frontline healthcare workers at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating her deep regulatory acumen and commitment to creative problem-solving.

Ms. Wilson has advanced her career through progressively responsible roles, demonstrating significant impact, particularly since forming CiPro. She formed and currently oversees a Consortium of academic and industry partners focused on developing wearable biometric technologies and textile coatings for first responders, healthcare professionals, space exploration, and Warfighter protection. This initiative incorporates electrodeposition, specialized coatings, and AI-driven methods to integrate sensors and advanced communication systems for the detection and prevention of biological threats and low-level chemical warfare agents.

During her tenure at GKN Aerospace—serving first as Director of Commercial and subsequently as Director of U.S. Space & Defense—Ms. Wilson implemented FAR-compliant rate structures, developed innovative multi-million-dollar cost-saving strategies such as an additive manufacturing process for tooling that achieved over $10 million in annual savings, and successfully mitigated $1.5 million in pandemic-related material impacts. Previously, Ms. Wilson held the position of Director of Military Programs, Contracts & Compliance at Colt Defense, where she led the successful recapture of the U.S. Army’s $212 million M4 Carbine contract, exemplifying her expertise in capture management and government relations.

In additional leadership capacities with Barnes Group and Hamilton Sundstrand, Ms. Wilson delivered substantial results by implementing federally regulated compliance policies and procedures, including earning a President’s Award for resolving a shipping shutdown due to new DoD requirements. She improved proposal on-time delivery rates from 52% to 97% through system automation and reduced accounts receivable from $2.3 million to under $200,000 within one quarter. These experiences further enhanced her ability to lead global teams, manage multi-million-dollar programs, and consistently meet rigorous regulatory standards—including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR—without interrupting business operations.

Ms. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s in Global Business Management and advanced certifications in Government & Commercial Contract Management from Villanova University. She offers clients a unique blend of strategic vision, contractual expertise, and determination to solve complex challenges and achieve mission success.
