Key Accomplishments:

Creation of the Gap Analysis Tool: Upon the release of governance documents, employees have a grace period to comply with any new or revised requirements. This tool allows users to document their gap plan and a due date for becoming compliant to those rules.

Creation of the Action Item tool: A web-based RAIL with due dates, assignees, email notifications, and an extension request loop.

Creation of eDocument Review System: A web-based notification tool compliant to ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements. Designed to notify employees by email of document changes after their release. Based on content, documents are routed to managers/supervisors who will then selectively flow down to employees within their groups, as applicable. Employees have 30 days to complete their review. Objective evidence is maintained for audit purposes.
