I have been an inventor since a very young age. My father was also an enthusiastic inventor and an engineer by profession.  Although I did not receive formal technical education, I seem to possess my father's engineering mindset. Throughout my life, I have consistently analyzed the construction of various objects and considered alternative methods. As I transitioned into adulthood and advanced through my professional career, my interests expanded beyond my contractual, compliance, and program responsibilities. I sought involvement in the manufacturing process, participated in think tank teams, and navigated towards research and development programs. After nearly 30 years of experience in power generation, small arms and aerospace, I can now share my diverse experience and expertise with clients.

The CiPro Technology Solutions team are professionals with extensive experience and specialized knowledge in both Commercial and the Defense marketplaces. We develop sustainable and innovative solutions and capture strategies to address complex challenges and provide full or as much support as needed along the way. By combining our talents, capabilities, experience, and respective networks, we help our clients improve business performance and increase topline revenue.

Our company name CiPro, pays homage to Marie Curie; "Ci" represents a unit of radioactivity, acknowledging her significant scientific contributions. CiPro Technology Solutions is a Women-Owned Small Business.
